The day is June 23, 2023, and North Korea has begun invading South Korea. The Republic of Korea is not prepared for what’s to come. They look to their Western Allies and Japan to help them out.

C&C: Generals - Zero Hour is an expansion pack to Command and Conquer: Generals. The pack adds 3 more campaigns into the game, each containing five missions each. It follows a chronological order which is USA, Global Liberation Army, and China. All the campaigns that are in progress will have a live-action video feed of a news reporter. It is important to listen to this as you will receive information and instruction from this report. 

The difference between this mod and the pack is that Korean War 2 adds two nations into the plot and makes them the focal point of the story. The countries are North Korean and South Korea. In this story, it is three years after the millennium but both countries are still at odds with one another. North Korea decides to invade the South once again. The Republic of Korea takes the United States and Japan in their campaign.

While there are massive changes in the story, the weapons that have been added are less than substantial. You will find that North Korea has a Sungunho Tank on their side. You - and the other troops - are armed with a Cannon, Anti-Tank Missile, and a Machine Gun. With limited resources, you will need to outwit the North to come out victorious.
